Weekly News Digest #15

Hi all,

Last week was relatively modest regarding the deals, so this week’s digest will not feature our usual analysis. Such a standstill, however, allows us to focus on the upcoming Global Gaming Deals Activity Report Q1’24.

As always, you can find all the previous week’s deals in the “Notable Transactions” section below, but before jumping to that, we would like to use this opportunity to reflect on the new features and content we’ve published during the last few weeks.

1. We introduced a new section on our website — an ever-expanding list of industry-focused funds. Neat and informative, the list will guide you through the world of gaming funds so that you can find everything you are looking for.

2. We launched News on Telegram, an all-in-one free resource that 24/7 aggregates all the news from the most relevant sources, refined and curated with the power of AI to bring you the essence of each Investment and M&A deal in the gaming industry.

3. We released the Global M&A Sell-Side Financial Advisory League Table for 2020-2024 YTD, a comprehensive and updated list of M&A Advisors in the Gaming industry, available on our Patreon.

All of this is possible due to your ongoing support and enthusiasm for our project. We look forward to bringing you more cutting-edge features and updates as we grow together! Follow us on XLinkedIn, and Telegram to ensure you don’t miss the Report and other upcoming releases.

We want to thank MGVC and Xsolla for supporting this digest.
