Helsinki-based mobile game developer Metacore, previously known as Everywear Games, has raised $29.6m of funding from Supercell, which is also based in Helsinki, Finland

The funding comes in the form of a $17.8m investment and an $11.8m credit line. The credit will be used to scale Merge Mansion, Metacore’s first game, performance. The rest of the investment will be mostly used towards the expansion of the studio’s team, with the aim to hire at least 10 people, both for development and marketing functions
