  • US-based game developer and publisher Rockstar Games has acquired Scotland-based game developer Ruffian Games

  • The studio will be operating under the name Rockstar Dundee and will become the 9th division in a group

  • Ruffian Games already participated in the development of Rockstar Games in the past like Grand Theft Auto and Manhunt

  • Financial details of the deal were not disclosed
