New York-based esports company ReKTGlobal has acquired a digital marketing company Fearless Media for an undisclosed price
ReKTGlobal is a parent company of the Call of Duty esports team “London Royal Ravens”, an esports services firm Rogue, and influencer relationship company Fullcube
Fearless’ extensive media network, with its brand partners and marketing experts, will help ReKTGlobal to meet the growing demand for advertising and marketing solutions in gaming and esports industry
The deal follows ReKTGlobal’s partnership with service provider TalentX Entertainment. Together, the companies established a new talent management company TalentX Gaming (TXG) in May this year
